Clint was raised on a grain and cattle farm in Southwest Saskatchewan. He attended the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, obtaining his Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees. He began his career as a teacher in Outlook and went on to teach in Uranium City, The School for the Deaf in Saskatoon and PACI in Prince Albert. After seven years of teaching, Clint purchased a fly-in fishing camp in Northern Saskatchewan, which he operated from 1979 to 1982. It was during this time that he started his career in financial services.
Clint became an independent advisor with Canada Life in 1987 and started Thierman Consulting. He added several service providers and products over the years, and later rebranded the company to Thierman Financial. He received his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) in 1991 and Chartered Financial Consultant (CH.F.C.) in 1993. Clint has been a member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada, since 1986.
Clint has been a strong supporter of community throughout his entire career in Prince Albert. He is a member of the Rotary Club, having served as President for two separate terms. He has also served as a board member for Mont St. Joseph and Rose Garden Hospice for several years. He is an annual member of the Prince Albert Golf and Curling Club and has been a season ticket holder for the Prince Albert Raiders since 1987. He and his wife have also been season ticket holders at the EA Rawlinson Center for the Arts since it opened in 2003. Clint is married to Debbie, a retired teacher and they have two sons, a daughter in law and three grandsons.

Adriann received a diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Administration in 1998 and spent the next ten years working in the hospitality industry throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan. In 2009, she became a certified bookkeeper and has many business clients throughout Prince Albert. After being interested in becoming a financial advisor for quite a while, she joined Thierman Financial in 2015 and brings a strong understanding of bookkeeping, budgeting and how to build wealth. In 2020, she got her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, as well as her Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) designation.
Adriann is married to Torin Locke and together they have two children. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with friends and family. She loves to travel and has spent quite a bit of time in Australia, South East Asia and Europe. She also spends a lot of time running, both in organized races and after her two sons.

Marlene started her career in financial services with CIBC in 1977. After 34 years of service, she retired from CIBC in 2010 and moved to Thierman Financial. While at CIBC, Marlene worked as a teller, a loans officer, a compliance officer, a small business consultant and was assistant branch manager of the main branch in Prince Albert.
