Clint received his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education (1972) from the University of Saskatchewan. After that, he worked as a teacher and guidance counselor in Outlook, Uranium City, at The School for the Deaf in Saskatoon and PACI in Prince Albert. From 1979 to 1982, he owned Mawsley Lake Lodge, a fly-in fishing camp located 120 air miles north of La Ronge.

Clint started his career in financial services in 1981. He received his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) in 1991 and his Chartered Financial Consultant (CH.F.C.) in 1993. In 1987, he became an independent advisor associated with Canada Life. As his business grew, he began adding products and services from other providers.

Clint is a member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada, the Rotary Club and the Prince Albert Golf and Curling Club.

In his spare time, Clint enjoys golf, curling, cross-country skiing and winter getaways to Palm Springs. He is married to Deb Thierman, a retired teacher and active curler and golfer.  They have two sons, one daughter-in-law, and two grandsons.

Adriann received a diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Administration in 1998 and spent the next ten years working in the hospitality industry throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan. In 2009, she became a certified bookkeeper and has many business clients throughout Prince Albert. After being interested in becoming a financial advisor for quite a while, she joined Thierman Financial in 2015 and brings a strong understanding of bookkeeping, budgeting and how to build wealth.

Adriann is married to Torin Locke, a self-employed house inspector, and together they have two children. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with friends and family. She loves to travel and has spent quite a bit of time in Australia, South East Asia and Europe. She also spends a lot of time running, both in organized races and after her two sons.

She is a member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada.

Shannen received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2002 from the University of Saskatchewan.  Prior to that, she received a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Native Studies in 1998, also from the University of Saskatchewan.

After completing her university education, Shannen lived and worked in South Korea from 2003 to 2005.  During that time, she traveled and worked in various countries and cities, and has many interesting stories to share.

She started her career in financial services in 2007 with Sunlife Financial where she was the Long-Term Care Insurance Specialist.  From there, she moved to CIBC Imperial Service where she worked as a Financial Advisor for high net worth clients serving the Prince Albert and La Ronge branches.  In 2010, she moved to Thierman Financial, where she handles insurance, investments and lending products with a focus on educating and advising clients to help them meet their goals.

She received her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2013, her Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) designation in 2016, and is a member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada. Shannen currently volunteers with the Canadian Cancer Society and Prince Albert Drifters Rowing Club.

In her spare time, Shannen enjoys traveling, reading, yoga, going to the gym, rowing and spending time with her boyfriend, Dan, and their pets.

Marlene started her career in financial services with CIBC in 1977. After 34 years of service, she retired from CIBC in 2010 and moved to Thierman Financial. While at CIBC, Marlene worked as a teller, a loans officer, a compliance officer, a small business consultant and was assistant branch manager of the main branch in Prince Albert.

At Thierman Financial, Marlene oversees the administrative operations. Always professional, you are guaranteed to be greeted by her with her warm smile and personalized service.

Since 1995, Marlene has volunteered with Meals on Wheels, delivering lunches to people in Prince Albert and surrounding area.

Marlene was born and raised in Prince Albert. She has two children and six grandchildren who reside in Alberta. She’s married to Dan Crowdis, a carpenter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her children and grandchildren, watching movies, spending time at the lake, and traveling south in winters.
